    2. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for products that are unopened, undamaged, and in a re-sellable condition. If you would like to exchange an item please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.

    3. Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be at your own expense. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange process.

    4. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

      • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
      • The item must be in a re-sellable condition without any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
      • All accessories, manuals, and promotional materials that were included with the item must be returned in their original condition.
    5. Refunds will only be issued for faulty items that cannot be replaced or repaired. If your item is deemed faulty, we will offer you a full refund, including any shipping charges paid for the initial delivery of the item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
